At Comverge customer service is a major focal point. Our specialised planning, design, construction, service and repair skills guarantee continued support through all future evolution paths.

We operate a service department from our offices in Victoria and Queensland. Our core task is to ensure that services are restored promptly and any inconvenience to the customer is kept to an absolute minimum.

Comverge offers two levels of customer support and maintenance - Factory Repairs or Field Maintenance. The Factory Repair section is located at our Melbourne facility and handles product warranty and upgrade activities. The Field Maintenance section provides customers with onsite support - typically in accordance with a specific customer contract service level agreement.

All service requests are attended to via direct office support during business hours and via an emergency 24 hours helpdesk for contract clients after hours. The service desk can be accessed via the web or by telephone on our toll free number. The service desk can be contacted and utilised for requests for service, warranty related issues, or general do and charge activities.
