After we receive your initial query, a consultant is appointed to either speak to you over the phone or come out to visit you. This consultant will gather the necessary information to put a proposal together and provide a quotation. The documentation collected is then passed onto our pit and pipe design team (and other teams if you for example also require television distribution, access control, CCTV or similar as well).

We do appreciate this is a difficult stage with many aspects of the developments still unclear. This is why as a standard approach we allow for three major revisions of the drawings. Ultimately at the end of the process we deliver a hard copy as well as a soft copy of the documentation.

While we do not physically undertake the works, we also have the expertise to manage your contractors and certify the work at the end of the project.
